Utilizing the remains of a derelict 28-acre ornamental greenhouse facility, we have put 100,000+ square feet of buildings into use without building a single structure.

Opportunity for Expansion
After a decade of supporting over 50 of Asheville's most purposeful eco-driven businesses, we are in the preliminary stages of re-developing our 28-acre property to better meet the evolving needs of our current tenants and to welcome new value-aligned businesses into our community. With a goal of increasing our commercial rental spaces with an emphasis on eco-friendly warehouse and flex space, we aim for our re-development to be done in tandem with the incoming Deaverview Mountain Park just 1/2 mile from our south entrance. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from Haywood road and only 15 minutes from the heart of downtown Asheville.
